1. Information EverClean collects

EverClean may collect account information, contact information, service address, booking details, service preferences, profile information, messages, support requests, wallet/cashback data, and platform activity needed to provide the marketplace.

2. Sensitive information approach

EverClean does not collect or store Social Security Numbers directly in its marketplace database. Identity, payout, tax, bank, and applicable verification steps are handled through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and approved verification partners.

3. Provider data

Provider information may include provider type, service categories, service area, availability, experience, public profile details, profile photo release, Stripe status, verification status, and approval status.

4. Third-party providers

Stripe may collect information required for identity, tax, banking, and payout eligibility. Approved verification partners may collect information required for applicable verification or background screening. EverClean receives only status and reference information needed to manage platform access.

5. Data protection

EverClean should use role-based access, row-level security, encryption in transit, restricted admin access, secure secrets management, and audit logs for sensitive platform operations.

6. Retention

EverClean should retain user data only as long as needed for platform operations, legal obligations, tax/accounting requirements, disputes, safety, fraud prevention, and compliance.

7. User choices

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal information subject to legal, operational, fraud-prevention, and compliance limitations.
