EverClean should only display professional availability based on real, active, verified, service-eligible professionals in that market. The platform should avoid inflated or generic counts that do not reflect actual coverage.

Questions customers ask before booking

These answers support conversion while avoiding claims that should only be made after operational verification.

Do I see the final price before booking?

Yes. EverClean calculates and shows the final quote inside the app before the customer confirms. Public pages do not display pricing.

Does EverClean require a membership?

No required membership is advertised on the website. Optional programs or rewards should be clearly presented inside the app if enabled.

Are professionals background checked?

EverClean is structured to support professional onboarding and verification. Any public background-check claim must match the actual onboarding process in production.

Can I choose my cleaner?

The marketplace can support cleaner profiles and rebooking flows. If cleaner selection is enabled in the app, it should be presented clearly at booking.

Can I rebook the same professional?

This should be enabled as a marketplace feature when operationally available. Until then, use careful language such as “where available.”

Do professionals bring supplies?

Supply expectations should be stated inside the booking flow. Customers may be able to add notes if they prefer specific products or equipment.

What if something is damaged or missing?

EverClean may help review eligible concerns for services booked and paid through the platform. Resolution is subject to review, platform rules, documentation, and applicable insurance or bonding terms.

What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling rules should be displayed inside the app before confirmation and should be consistent with EverClean’s published terms.

Do you clean offices, clinics, or commercial spaces?

Yes. EverClean has service pages for office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and medical / clinical cleaning. Commercial clients should request a custom quote or walkthrough.

How are reviews handled?

Only verified customer reviews from completed bookings should be published. Do not use fabricated reviews or testimonials.

Does EverClean collect my SSN?

No. EverClean does not collect or store Social Security Numbers directly in its marketplace database. Identity, payout, tax, and applicable verification steps are handled through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and approved verification partners.

Are jobs guaranteed?

No. Access to job opportunities depends on customer demand, location, service category, provider availability, platform approval, account status, and applicable verification steps.

Why can’t I see available jobs publicly?

Available jobs, claim-job actions, and marketplace opportunities are protected behind authenticated Pro login and approval status.
