Service Professional Provider Terms
1. Public Summary
These Provider Terms summarize key rules for professionals using EverClean. Professionals must separately accept the full EverClean Marketplace Service Professional Independent Contractor Agreement (1099), Background Check Disclosure and Authorization, Payout Terms, Platform Rules, and Dispute Resolution Agreement before activation where required.
2. Independent Contractor Status
Professionals use EverClean as independent businesses/service providers. EverClean does not guarantee work, earnings, hours, routes, customers, or continued platform access. Professionals may accept or reject available opportunities, subject to marketplace rules.
3. No Exclusivity and No Employment
Professionals may offer services outside EverClean and may use other platforms. Use of EverClean does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture status.
4. Control of Work
Subject to customer-selected scope, safety requirements, platform integrity rules, and legal obligations, the professional controls the manner and means of performing accepted services, including tools, supplies, transportation, and work methods.
5. Onboarding Requirements
EverClean may require identity verification, W-9/tax certification, payout setup, background check authorization, legal agreements, manual admin activation, service area selection, and compliance confirmations before marketplace access.
6. Platform Conduct
Professionals must communicate professionally, respect customer property, avoid off-platform solicitation, protect access codes and keys, upload required evidence, report incidents, and comply with the Platform Rules.
7. Payouts
Payouts are subject to Stripe Connect or other processor rules, completion status, customer disputes, chargebacks, fraud review, payout holds, tax reporting, and the Professional Payout Terms.
Electronic Acceptance
Required audit fields: user ID, role, document ID, version, timestamp, IP address, user agent, checkbox label, e-signature record/hash, and document snapshot hash.
