Marketplace Brand and Legal Entity. EverClean is a marketplace/platform brand operated by Ever Clean General Services LLC. These documents apply to marketplace platform operations and do not create a separate legal entity named EverClean Tech or EverClean Technologies.

1. Public Summary

These Provider Terms summarize key rules for professionals using EverClean. Professionals must separately accept the full EverClean Marketplace Service Professional Independent Contractor Agreement (1099), Background Check Disclosure and Authorization, Payout Terms, Platform Rules, and Dispute Resolution Agreement before activation where required.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Professionals use EverClean as independent businesses/service providers. EverClean does not guarantee work, earnings, hours, routes, customers, or continued platform access. Professionals may accept or reject available opportunities, subject to marketplace rules.

3. No Exclusivity and No Employment

Professionals may offer services outside EverClean and may use other platforms. Use of EverClean does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture status.

4. Control of Work

Subject to customer-selected scope, safety requirements, platform integrity rules, and legal obligations, the professional controls the manner and means of performing accepted services, including tools, supplies, transportation, and work methods.

5. Onboarding Requirements

EverClean may require identity verification, W-9/tax certification, payout setup, background check authorization, legal agreements, manual admin activation, service area selection, and compliance confirmations before marketplace access.

6. Platform Conduct

Professionals must communicate professionally, respect customer property, avoid off-platform solicitation, protect access codes and keys, upload required evidence, report incidents, and comply with the Platform Rules.

7. Payouts

Payouts are subject to Stripe Connect or other processor rules, completion status, customer disputes, chargebacks, fraud review, payout holds, tax reporting, and the Professional Payout Terms.

Electronic Acceptance

I acknowledge the Provider Terms and understand that full professional activation requires separate acceptance of the 1099 agreement and related documents.
