Provider Terms & Independent Provider Summary
Provider-facing terms framework for EverClean professional onboarding. Attorney review required before production.
Attorney review required1. Independent provider status
EverClean works with independent service providers and provider businesses. Provider classification and eligibility are subject to the applicable provider agreement, platform terms, and law. These terms must avoid language suggesting guaranteed employment, guaranteed hours, guaranteed jobs, or guaranteed earnings.
2. No guaranteed jobs or income
Access to job opportunities is subject to platform approval, account status, customer demand, location, service category, provider availability, and applicable verification steps. EverClean does not guarantee jobs, volume, earnings, or recurring work.
3. Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for accurate profile information, quality service delivery, proper conduct, customer communication through approved channels, safe work practices, incident reporting, tax obligations, tools/supplies where applicable, licenses/permits where required, and category-specific standards.
4. Payout setup
Payout setup is handled through Stripe Connect. Stripe may collect information required for identity, tax, banking, and payout eligibility. EverClean does not collect or store SSN, full bank account, or full tax ID directly in its marketplace database.
5. Verification and checks
Applicable verification steps may be handled by approved third-party verification providers. EverClean receives status and reference information needed to manage platform access. FCRA disclosures and authorizations may be required where consumer reports are used.
6. Platform access and suspension
EverClean may limit, suspend, or terminate provider access based on account status, service quality, safety incidents, customer disputes, non-compliance, fraud risk, failed verification, or other platform standards.
7. Insurance and documentation
Some categories, commercial jobs, customer accounts, or jurisdictions may require proof of insurance, licenses, or additional documentation.
