Marketplace Brand and Legal Entity. EverClean is a marketplace/platform brand operated by Ever Clean General Services LLC. These documents apply to marketplace platform operations and do not create a separate legal entity named EverClean Tech or EverClean Technologies.

1. Price Visibility

EverClean should display the applicable service price, platform fee, taxes, add-ons, and any other required charge before checkout where technically available. Custom quotes may be confirmed separately.

2. No Hidden Membership

EverClean should not enroll customers into a paid membership, recurring subscription, or automatic renewal unless the membership terms, price, billing frequency, cancellation method, renewal terms, and material restrictions are clearly and conspicuously disclosed before enrollment.

3. Wallet and Promotional Credits

Wallet credits, rewards, discounts, or promotional credits are not cash, not insurance, not guaranteed, and may be subject to expiration, eligibility rules, account status, fraud review, and program terms.

4. Commercial Pricing

Commercial or B2B pricing may be quoted based on square footage, service frequency, facility type, restrooms, scope, supplies, access, labor conditions, and contract terms.

Electronic Acceptance

I understand that prices, fees, wallet credits, rewards, and membership terms must be disclosed before applicable purchase or enrollment.

Required audit fields: user ID, role, document ID, version, timestamp, IP address, user agent, checkbox label, e-signature record/hash, and document snapshot hash.
